Prevention priorities and program development are determined by the coalition after completing an extensive needs assessment of the community. Each strategy and activity is based on best prevention practices. We track the progress and outcome of our various prevention projects by gathering and evaluating program and community data. We conducted an evaluation of our first five years of DFC funding and produced a Five-Year Retrospective Report. We also produced a 2009 Annual Program Report.
